“I sit on the same side of the table as my client” is Pam’s motto and it has afforded her over 25 successful years in the financial industry. When she began her career in Asheville, NC, she was the youngest and first female advisor in that office. After working with a variety of different clients through the years, Pam found her niche advising retirees. She has a passion for finding the best strategies for her clients, and making a difference in their lives. “It’s not about how much you make; it’s how much you keep” sums up Pam’s approach to her client’s financial needs.

Pam is a registered General Securities Representative, and is licensed in Life, Health, Disability, and Long-Term Care insurance. In 2004, she obtained her CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ certification. Raymond James also named Pam a member of the 2015-2018 Leader’s Council for her extraordinary level of commitment to her clients. Members of the Leader’s Council represents the top echelon of the firm’s financial advisors in the country.

*Pam was recently appointed to serve on the Women’s Advisory Council at Raymond James. The Women’s Advisory Council comprises top advisors from around the country and is a driving force behind the firm’s women’s initiatives. Members act as mentors and advisors who support a variety of programs, all with the end goal of supporting Raymond James’ women advisors and bringing more women into the industry. When Pam is out of the office, she enjoys cooking, playing tennis, being outside, and spending time with her husband Howard and their two teenage children, Kylie and Clay. She is an active member of her church and volunteers her time at Journey Church and several other charitable organizations. She and her family participate in annual summer mission trips.

Kelsey started her career as an intern at Pursuit Wealth Strategies. She knew almost immediately that being a financial advisor was what she wanted to do. Serving her clients with care and integrity are her main priority. “It excites me to be able to make a difference in someone’s life, to help them achieve their goals when they thought it wasn’t possible.” Along with her compassion for her clients, Kelsey loves to dig into the analytics of financial planning. She has a talent for building portfolios and figuring out what’s right for the client. Strategizing and problem solving are only a couple of her strengths.

After graduating magna cum laude from Furman University, Kelsey continued her education by receiving her CFP®, CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ and her AAMS®, ACCREDITED ASSET MANAGEMENT SPECIALIST™ certifications.

Having grown up in Raleigh has given Kelsey the opportunity to stay connected with her community. She and her husband actively volunteer with their church. She enjoys spending time with her husband and son, jogging, playing soccer and volleyball.

With a knack for “figuring things out,” Jen does not consider herself to be a perfectionist, but she dislikes making mistakes! She has over 23 years of experience in the financial business and has been by Pam’s side for more than 18 of those years. Jen exhibits a flair for going above and beyond and being proactive when it comes to working with our clients.

As a registered associate, Jen specializes in all aspects of client account administration and office management. Her goal is to ensure that our clients receive the most timely and effective response to all their requests. In 2017, Jennifer won the Outstanding Branch Professional of the Year Award for Raymond James Financial Services. *Selected by a panel of executives at Raymond James based on nominations from advisors across the country.

A native of Maine, Jen and her husband Nolan enjoy spending time doing outside activities with their son. From gardening to cooking out with friends and heading to their mountain home, anything to do with nature is her happy place.

Madison joined our team as an intern while a student at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. During that year she developed a passion for helping clients, the analytics of the business, and our team. Madison joined the Pursuit Wealth Strategies team full-time in 2018, and entered into the Raymond James “Advisor Mastery Program”. Madison currently holds her series 7 and 66 licenses and is licensed in Life, Health and Long-Term Care. Along with Raymond James home office training Madison will shadow Pam and Kelsey for the next 3 years as she works toward sitting for her CFP® exam.

Madison grew up in Raleigh, NC and loves that she can remain close to her family (with the exception of her brother who lives in NY). She is very active in the community and in her church. She loves being outdoors, working out, traveling and spending time with her family and friends.

Sadie enjoys greeting clients, playing with toys and taking long naps. She looks forward to coming to work every day! She enjoys showing off all the tricks she has learned earning her lots of treats. She has a calm and playful demeanor leaving everyone with a smile on their face.
